Reservations.
To secure a booking a none refundable deposit is required we will require this at the time of booking . Deposits can be paid by either debit or credit card, cheques will only be accepted by prior arrangement. Payment of the outstanding balance will be required on arrival at the Hotel and can be paid by either debit or credit card or cash. The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the booking including any loss or damage .
Room Prices.
All prices include V A T where applicable, all rates quoted are valid for 7 days and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Cancellations.
If you cancel a booking up to 7 days prior to arrival you will lose your deposit. For cancellations of less than 7 days then the full amount will become due in full. Guests leaving early will lose the cost of the remainder of their holiday unless agreed with ourselves.
Arrival & Departure.
Rooms are available from 2pm, earlier arrivals may be possible by prior arrangement. Check- out on the day of departure is 11am, late check out may be available at a small extra cost (if this is required please enquire as soon as possible). If you are leaving Blackpool later on your day of departure you may leave your luggage at the hotel if you wish and collect it later in the day.
Hotel Property.
We will charge you in full for any loss or damage to hotel property however caused. If you notice any damage you should report this immediately.
Guests Property.
We can not be responsible for guests property loss or damage unless it is given to ourselves for safe keeping.
Access to the Hotel.
You will have 24 hr access to the hotel, should you bring any guests back to the hotel you will be responsible for their conduct as well as making sure they are not left on their own at any time.
Smoking.
Smoking is permitted in smoking rooms only, anyone found smoking in a none smoking room will be charged for cleaning and any damage caused.
Payment.
Any balance outstanding on departure from the hotel must be paid in full before leaving.
We reserve the right to use your debit or credit card without further request to cover any outstanding balance.
Parking.
We have limited free parking available on a first come basis we are not responsible for your vehicle or property whilst parked there.
